We are currently seeking a National Executive Sales Director, Extended Care. We offer an excellent compensation package and comprehensive benefits, including: competitive salary, 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and tuition reimbursement.

JOB SUMMARY: The National Executive Sales Director for Extended Care is responsible for developing and implementing regional strategies to achieve Capital business objectives. The Director is also responsible for managing the Extended Care Capital Managers team responsible for securing and managing capital relationships as well as being accountable for developing and implementing a Regional sales plan which leads to conversion of competitive business and capital penetration in Hill-Rom accounts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop business plan and key measures for the Capital Managers team inclusive of establishing yearly baseline revenue with growth target goals for the year.Recruit, select, train and develop Capital Manager staff including performance management.Lead the identification, strategy and closing of agreements with facilities.Create business reviews, work with Finance on analytical data that supports the profitable strategy implemented to secure, convert and maintain arrangements.Manage resources to position the value of working with Hill-Rom through presentations, product marketing, visitation programs, value-added programs and financial ROI to client.Facilitate cross-functional team with functional departments in order to develop business growth strategies, implement strategies through our agreements and communicates our positioning internally and externally.Completes required management reports timely, accurately and with complete data.Pricing proposal are well though out demonstrating sold analytical & financial analysis.Utilizes appropriate resources to resolve field and customer issues.Presentation Skills- Capable of Detailing all Product Lines & Services in a fashion that delivers a specific product lines value propositions and/or the Company?s Value proposition with maximum impact.Process Improvement- Identifies performance improvement targets, tracks and measures changes for the overall improvement of the Region.Excel in planning, forecasting, setting objectives and determining courses of action. Continually asses sales activity in regions for in-depth understanding of trends in markets and activity by competitors across all product lines.Track/Report progress of sales team against targets through timely and accurate capital forecasting via the CRM System.Other duties may be assigned.Directly manage field based regional Capital Managers.Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization?s policies and applicable laws.Qualifications

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university program with a focus in business, health care, marketing or finance; minimum five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must have minimum of three years experience of selling in the healthcare field; durable medical equipment solutions selling preferred.Must have minimum two (2) years sales management experience.Knowledge of capital sales.In-depth sales experience with strong understanding of the solutions selling process.Progressive track record in healthcare sales.Strong analytical skills to effectively track sales activity, develop sales plans, understand local market and competitive trends, and complete the analysis of sales deals.Excellent skills in communication, motivation and persuasion.Must possess leadership skills and be comfortable with all levels of business personnel.Effective planning/organizational skills and exceptional communication/presentation skills.Excels in achieving outstanding performance results. Strong leadership skills ? ability to effectively establish goals, motivate and drive performance, strong level of self confidence and effective interpersonal skills.Excels in managing various geographically dispersed sales.Excels in achieving sales plan based on accurate forecasting of the regions.Demonstrated competency to lead and influence others to accomplish objectives/goals.Capable of in-depth analysis and corresponding problem resolution.Must be willing to travel.Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.) and other software to facilitate decision-making and strategy implementation.
