NURSE PRACTITIONER, F/T - Upper Manhattan
Park Avenue Health Care is a prominent multi-specialty group with a nearly 25-year history of providing excellent care to residents of Long Term Care facilities.
We currently have a Full Time position available in Washington Heights, for a certified Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care services to residents in a skilled nursing facility. NP is required to perform medical examinations and outline treatment plans for residents.
