SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

The responsibilities of this position include:Performing highly financial analyses and pro-formas relating to physician compensation and business or strategic plans.Performs various analytical functions relating to physician compensation utilizing 'Relative Value Unit' data and specific incentive criteria for various physician compensation formulas.Computes quarterly/annual practitioner incentive analysis.Evaluates practitioner production levels on quarterly/annual basis.Compiles monthly financial and statistical metrics for foundation activity.Produces pro-forma financial analyses for new business.

Qualified candidates have:Bachelor's degree in business administration/finance or accountingThree(3) years of experience in related financial positionHealth Care experience preferred, experience with physician compensation programs a plus
