Job Description: Responsibilities Acts as lead contact/liaison between Corp. BD and P&L Collaboratively develop inorganic strategy / priorities for P&LOwns execution of all inorganic transactions (targeting, internal approval, external negotiations, due diligence, deal close, hand off to Integration Leader)Drives strategic projects (e.g. Growth Playbook, equity strategy, competitive analysis, 3rd party R&D funding)Prioritize  global  market  segment  requirements,  perform  gap  analysis  to  current Healthcare  portfolio,  and  define  strategic  and  tactical  stops  to  best  position  segment  for  accelerated  growth.Qualifications Bachelor’s  Degree  in  Finance,  Economics,  Business  Administration,  Accounting  or  a  technical  field,  and  a  minimum  of  three  years  of  business  development  /  M&A  experience  in  the  areas  of  acquisitions,  divestitures,  joint  ventures  and  other  investments,  OR  a  minimum  of  ten  years  of  business  development  /  M&A  experience  in  the  areas  of  acquisitions,  divestitures,  joint  ventures  and  other  investments Acquisitions, divestitures, equity investments, licensing, partnershipsHas led cross functional teams thru wing-to-wing BD process resulting in closed transactions Minimum of five $50MM+ (purchase price) transactionsExperience in leading 5+ direct reports and cross-functional teams of 15+ people Desired Ability to focus on "critical few" issues/priorities communicates messages clearly and concisely ability to translate strategy into business objectivesAppeals to the unique interests of each function / P&L Builds a connection to key stakeholders & establishes credibility Ability to resolve/manage conflictsAbility to challenge internal thinkingBD experience function-by-function understanding of BD process (esp. finance)Healthcare domain expertise (especially in devices and life sciences MRINetwork, one of the world's largest search and recruitment organizations, has over 1,000 offices in more than 35 countries.
