The next step in your career! South Bay seeks a Master's Level Mental Health Therapist to provide a continuum of community-based services to children, adults, and families. As a therapist on one of our teams, you will gain experience doing individual, family, couples, and group therapy.  You will work with a diverse population with a variety of experiences including intensive family issues, trauma, forensics, substance abuse, behavior management, mental illness, abuse and neglect, dual diagnosis, hospital diversion, and school-based issues. South Bay encourages growth and specialty opportunities: Trauma Therapist, Substance Abuse Counselor, Forensic Counselor, Dual Diagnosis Counselor, Social Worker, Staff Therapist, Family and Marriage Counselor, Mental Health Counselor, Expressive Therapist, LMHC, LMFT, MSW, LCSW, LICSW. We provide excellent mentoring, supervision, training, opportunities for career advancement, and a competitive benefits package.
