Mental Health Technicians
Devereux Texas Treatment Network (League City) is a dynamic organization working to provide high quality human services to children, adults and families with special needs which derive from behavioral, psychological, intellectual or neurological impairments. We are currently looking for both full-time and float pool (PRN) Mental Health Technicians. A full-time schedule will work a 7-2-8-4 rotation (7 days on, 2 days off, 8 days on, 4 days off). This position is responsible for monitoring clients' behaviors and activities at all times and relaying appropriate information to other members of the Treatment team. A successful candidate will have one year previous experience in a Psychiatric facility preferred. In lieu of this experience, Devereux will consider experience in related fields and/or education acquired in Psychology, Behaviorial Science, or a related field. All successful candidates must have a valid Texas drivers license and a minimum of a high school diploma or a GED.
