Mental Health Supported Housing Coordinator

Position Summary:

Work as a manager and key member of our well-respected clinical team, serving adults in residential and outreach settings.  The Coordinator is responsible in conjunction with the program director for assessments, developing person-centered treatment plans, crisis management, skill training, service coordination with an array of service providers, supervising and managing staff and other administrative functions.  This is an excellent professional growth opportunity for the right person and provides supervision toward independent licensure.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have a BA/BS degree, Master’s degree preferred, with a minimum of 2-3 years experience working with adults with mental illness living in the community.  Demonstrated leadership and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.  Experience supervising staff strongly preferred. Valid driver’s license and automobile also required.
