Mental Health Clinician The Fee-For-Service Mental Health Clinician will be part of a dynamic team of mental health professionals providing acute and long term outpatient behavioral health services to Agency clients. The overall duties include assessment, treatment planning, therapy, referral as necessary, consultation and outcome measurement. The successful candidate must maintain documentation according to Agency, regulatory and funding source standards; attend Agency meetings; promote client rights and participate in the Agency Quality Management and Quality Improvement efforts. Qualifications: Masters Degree in a field related to Human Service; Massachusetts professional license ( LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PhD) required; post licensure experience in a multidisciplinary mental health or closely related setting; demonstrated ability in delivering high quality treatment to all populations including seniors, adults, adolescents and children, loyalty, initiative and creativity; specialty treatment skills and/or bilingual fluency an advantage.
