Description:
We are recruiting a team of Med Techs with expert level LIS knowledge for a client with headquarters in Burlington, North Carolina. The Technical Analyst team will provide in-house expertise to our client’s customers. The team will provide an efficient and accurate interface implementation in the following areas:
R Available for unidirectional, bi-directional, or reverse reference interfaces.
R Experienced in single site or multi-facility implementations.
R Dictionary review and evaluation.
R Worksheet-only creation to assist client with their build.
R Test dictionary definition.
R Full dictionary build, validation, and production roll out.
R Report modifications/adjustments.
R Integration testing and validation only.
R Client training in the areas of process logic, error handling, and documentation.
R Interface connectivity testing.
R Post-Live support (two weeks).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
Thorough working knowledge of Meditech LIS, Mysis Sunquest LIS, and/or Cerner Millenium systems
MT desired or MLT with generalist background
Good foundation in Chem, Heme, Molecular, or Micro with exp in Immuno, Tox, or AP as secondary
Experience as a LIS system administrator or some type of other significant LIS capacity.
Supervisory or management experience - some knowledge or experience in leading a group.
Must work well without direct supervision.
Client-focused; able to anticipate client needs and offer solutions, able to develop work-arounds if needed; able to troubleshoot problems.
Able to perform repetitive tasks.
Lead and participate in many conference calls.
Able to work varied hours for some projects.
