A professional and established medical group needs an office administrator!  This company has one of the most advanced technology in the business and has surpassed expectations in customer service. They own and operating hundreds of patient care centers nationwide.

 

Description:

This person will provide the highest level of customer service. The responsibilities include:

-Check in and out patients

-Answer phones

-Schedule appts.

-Data Entry of patient demographics

-Work closely with M.A. and other technicians to provide the up most efficiency with rooming patients

-Collecting Co-pays

-Organize and maintain filing system

-Other duties as assigned and needed

 

Offer:

M-F 8am-4:30

$10-12.00/hr based on experience

Requirements
Must have: medical certificate or diploma,  1-2 years medical office experience or  Associate Degree
