Medical Practice Manager - Surgery

The Practice Manager will oversee all operational aspects of this start-up, non-profit clinic. This individual will be given the resources and budget to create a world-class healthcare organization that is poised to grow exponentially for years to come. The duties include managing all personnel and working with the physicians to ensure operational effectiveness. In addition, this individual will help recruit medical, nursing, and office staff; as well as ensure fiscal responsibility within the organization.

A group of healthcare visionaries have come together to support the creation of a new, physician-led, patient-centered, non-profit clinical care institution. This will be a specialty clinic led by a group of physicians and supplied with numerous financial and technological resources to ensure the highest quality of care. These individuals share a set of core beliefs, among them that the present and future generations of U.S. residents deserve the highest possible level of physician services, not the lowest common denominator of care. To achieve that result, these individuals have committed to creating an organization that will (1) provide the highest possible level of surgical and related medical care for urologic disease and dysfunction, (2) train already experienced surgeons in the most advanced and most effecti ve diagnostic and surgical procedures for urologic disease and dysfunction, and (3) conduct clinical research and design of surgical devices to advance patient care.



Requirements


-Minimum 10 years of healthcare management experience, preferably at least 4-6 physician practice

-Surgery practice experience preferred

-Bachelor's Degree required

-Master's preferred, but not required

-High energy, enthusiastic

-Strong knowledge of healthcare
