WPS Health Insurance is one of the largest not-for-profit insurers in Wisconsin, offering health benefit plans and life insurance statewide, and is a leader in innovative health plan solutions.  We have an opening for a Medical Outreach Analyst who would furnish Medicare providers the information they need to understand the Medicare program, be informed timely about changes, and bill correctly. Meet outreach goals directed by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Budget Performance Requirements (BPRs) to include the Provider Service Plan (PSP). Accountable for providing education to reduce the provider Comprehensive Error Rate Testing (CERT) program's Provider Compliance Error Rate (PCER) and the Hospital Payment Monitoring Program (HPMP) rate.

 

Selected candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field; OR equivalent post high school education and/or work related experience. Also, a minimum of one year health insurance experience (e.g. customer service, claims processing or medical billing) and public speaking.
