Medical Office Manager/Practice Manager - Montclair, NJ to $80,000

Larger, well established Medical Office situated in Montclair NJ is recruiting an Office Manager/Practice Manager. 

The office consists of 7 doctors who each carry a  heavy patient case load.  Duties will include but are not limited to staffing and scheduling of employees; performance evaluations; ability to troubleshoot operational and staffing issues; implementation of new protocol and procedures; and other related responsibilities.

It is essential that candidates possess the ability to effectively communicate with doctors, patients and staff. Financial analysis skills are imperative as well as knowledge of billing and coding.

Requirements: 5+ years prior experience in a Medical Family Practice -  combined with a strong billing/coding background.

Hours: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with some flexibility. Excellent benefits including 401K are provided. Salary to $80,000 annually depending upon background and experience.
