Niche practice with healthy revenue stream seeks Assistant Administrator to primarily oversee billing, collections, and staff management. Ideal candidate will have some healthcare management experience including direct employee supervision. In addition to contract review and compliance duties, this practice seeks candidate that can contribute to (and enhance) business plan to better serve corporate clientele. Degree required.

 

 

Director of Nursing-Southwest Houston

Private Practice Setting- Lead a clinical staff of over 30 employees  and 3 locations for a high profile OBGyn practice. Candidate strengths should include strong team building and training capabilities with a successful management employment record. Nursing Degree required along with private practice supervisory experience. EMR background a tremendous plus. Competitive compensation & benefits. 

 

Practice Administrator-Texas Medical Center

Will be responsible for the overall management of staff and daily operations of a growing practice. Main role will be to enhance and facilitate communication among office and technical staff, inside and out consultants, other physicians, and practice physicians so that the highest level of health care and service can be provided in an efficient and effective manner. Reports directly to the physicians and works closely with the outside Practice Management Consultant. Must have QuickBooks experience and exposure to CMeds (Medical Manager) software. Senior Billing Coordinator-West Houston

Newly created position that will assume a leadership role in the practice. Expert  level skills related to all aspects of the revenue cycle. Duties will include processing claims, charges, payments, coding and collections. Must excel with verbal communications and have the ability to generate reports and troubleshoot billing inquiries from management, patients, staff and physicians.
