Medical Laboratory Technologist Supervisor and QA

Job Purpose:  To supervise and train physician office laboratory personnel and maintain CLIA QA reports and QA for the lab. Responsible for all QA and yearly CLIA inspection.  You will also supervise and perform inhouse lab tests such as CBC's, ua's, pregnancy and strep tests, etc.

 

We are a busy physician clinic with 22 physicians in Webster/Clear Lake, TX.  You will have 2 other techs, a front desk person, and 3 phlebotomists working with you.  Our chemistries, paps, micro and several other tests are sent to another lab. We work only weekdays, with extended hours on Tues and Thurs until 8pm.  We are very busy, but you will love our work environment, doctors, administrators, and great location!
