Medical - front office receptionist and schedulerA leading, outpatient radiology center with offices in Santa Monica and Beverly Hills is looking for an experienced front office receptionist and scheduler. Your duties will include patient scheduling, answering phones and co-ordinating exam times with technologists and doctors. Strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment are a must. You must be able and willing to learn about radiology techniques and procedures. We are looking for a team-player with a positive can-do attitude. Candidates must also have a professional appearance. This is a great place to gain extensive knowledge of medicine and the Los Angeles medical community.
