Strong working knowledge of medical terminology. Extensive experience working in a front office capacity.  Including, scheduling patient appointments, checking in / out, verify and updating patient demographic information, ascertain member eligibility, complete referrals, obtain prior authorizations, prepping medical records and more. Creates an integrated care environment that is efficient, safe, and cost effective. Consummate people skills. Demonstrates talent at interacting effectively with all types of people.  Has perfect attendance and can be trusted to handle a high level of responsibility. Experience informing clients, superiors, peers, and direct reports based on their information needs. Committed to exceeding quality standards and providing exceptional services. Creates realistic plans that support organizational goals. Effectively allocates resources and time.
