Medical Front Office Cordinator/Bilingual Preferred
Task include but are not limited to checking pt.'s in, collection of co-pays and balances. Answering multi phone lines, scheduling of patients and verification of insurance. Having pt. fill out paper work, getting copies of pt.s insurance cards and drivers licence. This position is very fast paced and requires a person who is able to multi task and perform in a professional manner under pressure. Occupational medicine/workman's compensation knowledge is helpful but, will train the right person. Minimum 1 year experience is preferred. **Friendly, Self-motivated, well organized, team player person need only apply.
