We have over 500 locations in 48 states.   We are seeking a Mail Clerk for our Billing Center.   Mail Clerks are responsible for sorting and date stamping all incoming mail and UPS packages.   Essential responsibilities include: Receive UPS packets and date stamp each piece of paper Sort packets by document type and deliver to appropriate person Sort and verify mail once it is picked up from the PO Box Date stamp EOB’s and make copies Verify check amounts versus EOB’s Create calculator tape for each batch of original checks and attach tape to batch Job Requirements: Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. General knowledge of e-mail, fax transmission, and copy equipment are essential. Applicant must have the ability to sit for long periods of time and stamp/staple paperwork repetitively.   Rotech offers: Competitive Salary Opportunities for Growth Comprehensive Benefits  401K   Make the right move, apply now!
