We are seeking a File Clerk for our Billing Center. Job Responsibilities: File Clerks are responsible for filing and maintaining all documents into patient charts, binders or files. Essential responsibilities include: Create new patient files File new patient documents and CMN's File inactive patient documents Locate requested documents or files File other correspondence as needed Job Requirements: Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent. General knowledge of fax transmission and copy equipment is essential. Applicants must have the ability to lift up to 20 lbs, stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop and/or reach.
