Commercial Professional Services - Medical Bill Review offers an unequaled combination of a dedicated and experienced staff, state-of-the-art technology and systems and integration with key claims systems and managed care tools to provide medical bill review services that meet the needs of today's ever changing marketplace.The Medical Bill Review Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring superior delivery of bill review products/services and is accountable for the direction of the Medical Bill Review operation and ensuring consistent delivery of services that meet or exceeds customer expectations and complies with regulatory and company standards. In addition, the selected candidate must have the ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with the market customers we serve out of Wausau location as well as partnering with the bill review management team on the strategic plan for the organization.  Responsibilities: Manage the bill review process/procedures and bill inventory Effectively manage the salary and non-salary budgets assigned to the operation. Ensure key operational targets and standards, e.g. quality and turnaround timeframes, are consistently met or exceeded. Implement action plans based on facts, best practices, protocols, regulatory issues and available resources. Responsible for all management duties including performance management/evaluations, establishment of objectives, team development, coaching and maintaining a productive and safe work environment Establish process performance metrics; track, analyze and report performance in terms of quality, cost, turnaround, productivity and customer satisfaction.  Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years management experience. Superior written and verbal communication skills to provide information in a clear and concise manner and to communicate with a variety of individuals, including company executives Demonstrated leadership, management skills and ability to provide creative solutions to achieve optimal performance. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
