Medical / Administrative Assistant

Our highly skilled employees are dedicated to improving the lives of our patients and their families. At this time, we are seeking a full-time Medical/Administrative Assistant for our Tustin, CA branch. This position will handle all incoming calls, provide general office support for our home health agency, as well as provide administrative support to the General Manager of the facility.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

·  2-3 years related administrative experience in a Home Health Agency, Doctor’s Office, or Hospital

·  Knowledge of medical terminology

·  Excellent communication and organizational skills a must

·  Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

·  Ability to handle multiple tasks at hand

·  Fluency in Spanish
