 On Site Liaison 

The On Site Liaison provides support to the Project Manager by processing initial analytical and support duties that enable the Project Manager to direct their efforts toward client service and account follow-up efforts.  Duties may include account research, mail, clerical duties, and data entry.  This position provides growth potential to qualified, hard working candidates. 

 

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.  A minimum of two years previous work experience in a medical office is desired.  Must have full understanding of medical insurance and collections procedures, office processes, and well developed inter-personal skills.  Leadership qualities are definitely a plus.  Team Work, Ability to work independently, Dependability, Apparent Motivation and Ethics are an integral part of all positions with PFS Group.  A working knowledge of FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA and a good track record is a must.

 

Qualified Candidates Should Possess:

 

·High school diploma or general education degree (GED); with a  minimum of six months customer service including medical related experience

·Able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute with excellent organizational skills

·Ability to read, write and comprehend insurance and patient correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients and other employees

·Possess basic mathematical skills

·Possess computer and computer software skills

·Ability to apply good judgment in dealing with problem solving and carrying out directives

·1-2 years relevant medical customer service experience preferred

·Excellent written, oral, and listening communication skills

·Ability to uphold highest level of confidentiality

·Ability to motivate others

·Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

·Work well under pressure
