Position Description:

This is a Med/Surg Nurse position dealing primarily with Pulmonary, some general pediatric, and introductory cardiac patients. The Clinical Nurse I is a novice to advanced beginner level practitioner of nursing. The nurse at this level applies the nursing process and performs routine care with guidance, following established nursing procedures. Promotion to Clinical Nurse II is required within 18 months of hire.BSN prepared nurses preferred as well as a 3.0 GPA.

Qualifications:

License or temporary practice permit to practice professional nursing in PennsylvaniaGraduation from an NLN accredited school of nursing or college.BSN prepared nurses preferred with at least a 3.0 GPA.No prior nursing experience is required for this position.
