MASSAGE THERAPIST - CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT

  PART-TIME:  16.5 HOURS  - up to 30 HOURS

We are looking for another team member to join our happy family of 5.

Part of the interview process involves time to interact with staff and patients and time for you to see the practice in day to day operation.

 Experience in deep tissue, trigger point and/or myofascial release required.  You will need to learn lymphatic massage, pregnancy massage and sports massage if not already comfortable with the technique.   

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will be taught soft tissue protocols for posture improvement, active resistive release, ice massage for extremities, PNF, carpal tunnel and others.  You will also be taught how to assist with Therapeutic exercise, Interferential therapy, Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression Therapy,  Bone Density Screening, and Ultrasound therapy.  You will also be cross trained for some support functions.



We have a Massage Wellness Program that may require Swedish massage.



COMPENSATION:HOURLY EMPLOYEE 

Pay range: 25,000 to 30,000 per year, PLUS TIPS. (average tips = 5,000.00 /yr)



PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE.



BENEFITS: Chiropractic Care at time of hire to immediate family.

After a 90 Day PROBATIONARY PERIOD : Paid personal leave to use for emergencies or sick leave.If you do not use your personal time – it is paid as bonus at end of year. 

Medical Benefits after one year of FULL TIME status. 

Paid Vacation after one year of full time status.



There are two therapy suites with OAKWORKS Electric Lift Tables to accommodate our patients and to improve ease of therapy application.
