Marketing Specialist
Summary:
Initiate Out-bound calls/handle In-bound calls to/from potential HMO/Continucare members. Display confidence in the product and provide detailed explanation of care given and additional advantages received as a patient of one of our Medical Centers, with the objective of creating an appointment for a licensed marketing agent or broker.Specific Responsibilities:
· Know the advantages offered by Continucare Medical Centers.
· Have the ability to speak professionally, clearly, effectively and accurately with prospects.
· Initiate/receive telephone calls to/from prospects promoting the advantages of receiving medical care through Continucare Medical Centers.
· Fill out the appointment forms with the prospect’s personal information in a clear and accurate format, which will be helpful to the HMO sales representatives in closing the sale.
· Track leads through the established database in order to determine the outcome of all leads.
· Report daily leads that will represent a business opportunity to the Senior Marketing Specialist or the Manager of Marketing Services.
· Follow up every lead (call) that could represent a business opportunity in the future (cases that were not closed by the HMO sales representative).
· Maintain documentation of every lead managed during the work shift (sold, not sold, pending, etc).
· Accomplish individual monthly goals.
· Any other duties as assigned by the Senior Marketing Specialist or the Manager of Marketing Services. Qualifications:
· High School Graduate or Equivalent (GED)
· Six (6) months to one (1) year marketing experience
· Excellent verbal/written communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· Complete command of the English and Spanish languages
