About:
Integrating both medical and psychosocial treatment modalities, Hythiam, Inc. provides comprehensive behavioral health management services to health plans, employers, criminal justice, and government agencies. The company also researches, develops, licenses and commercializes innovative and proprietary physiological, nutritional, and behavioral treatment programs. Hythiam currently offers initial disease management offerings for substance dependence that integrate medical and behavioral treatments, including its proprietary PROMETA® Treatment Program for alcoholism and dependence to stimulants. The PROMETA Treatment Program, which integrates behavioral, nutritional, and medical components, is available through licensed treatment providers.
Role:
The Marketing Coordinator will oversee and manage project plans for web and collateral development, print production, conference logistics and manage budgets. The incumbent will work independently on special projects and assist with short and long term business objectives.
Responsibilities:Develop and manage project plans for web and collateral development, print production. Conference logistics and support.Plan, define and manage project scope. Create a project schedule, plan resources, coordinate and oversee billing and budget costs.Carry out quality assurance and quality control activities.Interfacing with internal business units and managing relationships with external customers along with marketing vendors.
· Taking part in short and long-term marketing business unit strategic planning and supporting marketing team in managing and implementing tactical events and programs.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of appropriate marketing experience.Relevant experience in an ad agency or healthcare marketing department in a coordinator or project management role supporting multiple marketing initiatives.Provide tactical support in the development of marketing advertising and collateral materials.Adept at managing multiple projects and timelines.Demonstrated high level computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with special emphasis on graphics programs (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.Creative, flexible, well organized, resourceful and detail oriented.
