Prescription Solutions is in need of a Marketing Manager to provide strategic and tactical marketing support for our Specialty Pharmacy product line. Primary Responsibilities: Develop B2B marketing and communications plans that promote Prescription Solutions Specialty Pharmacy to Health Plans, Managed Care Organizations, Benefit Consultants and others. Increase the company’s brand awareness in these markets. Incorporate metrics and reporting tools to demonstrate value of marketing campaigns. Create B2C marketing and communications plans targeting members and employees using the Specialty Pharmacy program. Will describe program benefits and translate often-complex clinical terms that informs and empowers customers to fully access services. Build marketing and communications plans targeting providers, medical office staff and others in the healthcare community to promote awareness of Prescription Solutions and encourage them to recommend Specialty Pharmacy to their patients. Execute plans above by managing the development of collateral, email campaigns, Web copy, and other print and online communications. Apply innovative and creative approaches that position the company appropriately within these different segments. Effectively partner with Sales, Clinical Services, Operations and other departments and provide positive, proactive service to these teams. Additional marketing and communications activities as assigned. Qualifications: Undergraduate degree required, preferably in a Marketing, Business or Communications related field. 5+ years of marketing management experience, including both B2B and B2C. 3 + years of experience managing and creating marketing communications and plans. Comfortable with copy editing and knowledgeable of print production. 3+ years of experience in project management skills to track and prioritize a wide array of projects. Ability to work in a fluid and fast changing environment.Preferred skills: Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience strongly preferred with a secondary preference for Health care or health insurance experience.
