Marketing Manager - Alliance Seating & Mobility

Summary: Responsible for developing, presenting and implementing marketing campaigns for Alliance Seating and Mobility, Rehab division of The SCOOTER Store. Oversee the production of marketing materials, including development, production and management of sales collateral material as needed. Support the Alliance ATS field team. Marketing projects as assigned.

Scope: This position involves moderate degree of job structure. Under general direction, the employee will perform a variety of tasks with limited opportunities to use standardized solutions. The employee is expected to use discretion and judgment to make decisions, interpret directions and apply guidelines and policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage costs, quality, inventory development and production of marketing campaigns.
• Management of print production and distributions of materials.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships.
• Develop and maintain tactical plan, communicate changes to affected parties.
• Manage campaign coordination process for printed materials —map out process flow for each group.
• Coordinate strategic partnerships, ensuring mutual needs of all parties are met on a timely basis, within budget.
• Coordinate cost and specs for agencies and vendors.
• Communication and coordination with different internal clients on their needs.
• Management of special marketing projects as assigned.
• Manage monthly direct marketing budget and forecast.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in business or marketing and 3-5 years marketing experience.

• Familiarity with standard marketing performance measures.
• Excellent written and editorial skills/creative, layout and copywriting skills.
• Better than average math skills, understanding of data analysis, developed logic skills.
• Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment and Complex Rehab market.
• Knowledge of sales processes, systems and issues
