SUMMARY: 

 

 

The Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of marketing efforts related to public relations, graphic design, member and client communications, and new product development efforts. The Manager will establish collaborative working relationships with Client Services, Clinical, Fulfillment and Sales Department to help ensure successful completion of projects.  Primary areas of responsibility will be assisting in the graphic and content design process to develop a broad range of marketing and sales communications, create press releases, and support other communication needs, including newsletters, brochures, enrollment materials, formulary communications, advertising and other marketing initiatives as assigned.  The Marketing Communications Manager will be accountable for the quality and achievement of required deadlines for assigned projects.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 

· Assisting in the development and implementation of all graphic design associated all marketing programs.

 

· Ensuring consistent, high level of quality among all communications.

 

· Enforcing a consistent brand image.

 

· Designing, copywriting, proofreading and editing of marketing collateral and communications.

 

· Managing print production and mailings.

 

· Managing vendor relationships.

 

· Supporting new product development initiatives.

 

· Supporting maintenance of approved marketing materials library and coordinating approval/re-approval and updating of such materials as needed.

 

· Interacting with other departments as needed to stay informed and to provide marketing support.

 

· Providing support for implementation team.

 

· Performing other duties as assigned to meet corporate objectives.

 

 

· Exhibiting compliant and ethical behavior in the performance of job responsibilities, including complying with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, HealthExtras Code of Conduct, Business Ethics Policies and Procedures and other policies and procedures applicable to position. 

 

· Actively participating in HealthExtras Compliance and Ethics Program, including attending annual compliance and ethics training and reporting suspected violations of the law or HealthExtras policies and procedures via HealthExtras Procedures for Reporting Incidents of Possible Improper Employment Practices, Misconduct, or Improper Financial/Accounting Practices.  

 

· Performing other duties, as necessary, to meet the objectives of Catalyst Rx.

 

· Some travel required.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of three (3) years marketing experience within a related industry.  Healthcare/pharmacy industry experience a plus.  Must be a team player, possess creative ability, provide attention to detail, demonstrated leadership skills and excellence in business writing and strong interpersonal, organizational, prioritization, and project management skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
