Managing Director

Description:

Managing Director will manage, plan, organize, and control the activities of the Oklahoma City enrollment center as directed by the Sr. V.P of Enrollment, COO, and President.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 Oversee and manage the Oklahoma City Enrollment Director, Supervisors and staff

·  Monitoring of individual, team and call center results to identify and act on both positive and negative performance trends to insure attainment of revenue goals and performance targets.

·  Monitor enrollment calls to observe employee demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company policies.

·  Answers questions and recommends corrective services to address employee concerns or complaints.  Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances.

·  Communicate and follow up to insure supervisors and/or staff are fully informed of all new information related to products, procedures, customer needs and company related issues, changes or actions.Communicate regularly with staff  and upper management on progress toward defined goals and/or required results; provide specific feedback and initiate corrective action when defined goals and/or required results are not metOversee the preparation and performance of enroller trainingPrepare the Oklahoma Enrollment Center for enrollments Monitor call activity to assure that adequate staffing levels are maintained Address enrollment issues to the Sr. Vice President of Enrollment and computer problems to the IT Department Oversee, approve, and when necessary conduct enroller performance reviews Maintain employee’s personnel files as requiredStrictly follow established procedures related to confidentiality of dataRewarding and disciplining employees

 

 

Qualifications:

·  Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·  Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, graphs and government regulations

·  Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manualsEffectively present information and respond to questions from groups of other managers, clients, and customers.Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentagesAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization existsAbility to interpret a variety of instructions furnished written, oral, diagram or schedule formHave excellent oral communication skills- Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
