Job Category:Â Â AMedical/Health Type:Â Â Full Time, Employee Minimum Education:Â Â Associate Degree Manager of Invasive CardiologyI am working with a 200+ bed hospital in Upstate NY that is currently seeking a Manager of Invasive Cardiology. This facility is home to great views, rural living, great skiing, and good people.The ideal candidate will possess a commitment and thorough knowledge of the management of cardiac cath services, strong business acumen, customer service skills, management experience, and the ability to manage facilities/program expansion. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess effective communications and interpersonal skills. With successful leadership skills and an interest in business development, the ideal candidate will play a key role in developing fast growing invasive cardiology program. Education and Knowledge Graduate of an approved cardiovascular technical training program or equivalent with a registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certification; OR graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current New York State license. Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience in invasive cardiology required. Minimum of two (2) years experience in angioplasty / electrophysiology required. Minimum of two (2) years experience in a lead or management position required. BLS / ACLS Certifications required. Must possess leadership ability and managerial competency as evidenced by exemplary communication skills and proven ability to coordinate intra- and inter-departmental services and establishment of departmental goals.
