Manager, Workers Compensation Ancillary Services

What you’ll do:
You’ll provide operational oversight of our workers’ compensation utilization management team. You’ll develop, implement, and monitor departmental policies and procedures, staffing protocols, and training and quality improvement programs. You’ll also contribute to business development and customer relations activities as well as budgeting processes.
What you’ll bring:
You’ll have at least three years of utilization management (UM) and/or case management (CM) experience, at least two years of additional supervisory experience, plus a degree or diploma in nursing or physical or occupational therapy (or the equivalent combination of work experience and education). You also possess a working knowledge of insurance systems, government programs, and/or self-funded health plans; solid customer service and provider relations skills; and computer literacy.
