Duties / Responsibilities:

Â Focal Point for Quality Initiatives.Â Serves as the Authorized Representative for external agencies (FDA, ISO, UL, etc.)

Â Oversight of / Continuous Improvement of Quality Systems S.O.P. development, review & revisions Establishment of quality goals and metrics Compliance with requirements of regulatory agencies and/or certifying bodies

Â Product Quality Management Supplier quality management, including defining specificationsÂ / requirements and conducting audits Internal audits & closure activities Oversight of inspection activities (incoming materials, self-inspection initiatives, finished goods) Non-conformance documentation, trending, etc. Oversight of equipment calibration & maintenance MSDS

Â Product Complaints Owns the RGA process Product complaint tracking & trending Root cause analysis & feedback CAPAÂ

Â Coordinates Management Reviews

Â New Product / New Process Development.Â Ensure quality principles are adhered to in order to reduce rework, enhance speed to market and improve customer satisfaction. Process validation External testing, if needed
