Manager, Productivity Improvement
Primarily responsible for monitoring productivity performance for all facilities (4 hospitals) utilizing
the productivity management system (Kronos - Visionware). As a manager in the Planning & Decision Support Services Office, projects involve flow/throughput analysis, benchmarking studies, financial/operational feasibility studies, and LEAN process improvement efforts.
REQUIREMENTS: A Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university in Health Administration or Systems, Engineering, Business or a closely related field. 3-5 years of professional work experience
performing or managing labor/productivity projects in a healthcare environment. Visionware experience is preferred.
