Manager, Health Management Operations
Martin's Point Health Care is currently seeking a Manager of Health Management Operations.
The Manager of Health Management Operations oversees the performance monitoring, process improvement, project management and compliance functions that support the health management operations, as well as the development and implementation of new health management products and clients. The Manager will lead diverse cross-functional teams to implement complex projects, as well as manage initiatives that address new and ongoing business opportunities. This role will also coordinate and monitor health management operational efficiency and effectiveness related activities. This position works closely with Health Plan leadership and other members of the management team.
Candidates should have 5+ years of project management experience working with cross functional teams. 2+ years in operations management, including process improvement and performance monitoring. Experience with managed care compliance, directly supervising staff, and managing external relationships with vendors, client and broker required. Previous management experience in Managed Care or Healthcare organization and/or clinical experience preferred.
