Manager, HRIS Analysis and Payroll

We now seek a:
Manager, HR Analysis, Payroll
The Ideal candidate must be accurate, organized, and detail oriented, with the ability to function in a fast paced environment. The position is located at our Corporate Office in GREENTREE, PA
Responsibilities:Responsible for overall HRIS management, including troubleshooting, debugging, ensuring data integrity and end-user training.Direct the human resourses reporting function for all internal and external customers, including standard and routine reports, ad-hoc reports and development of complex custom reports using SQL and Crystal Reports.Peform human resources and staffing related business and financial analysis for budget monitoring and to assure customer contract compliance.Manage the payroll team on the weekly mult-state payroll processing for approximately 1,500 union and non-union employees.
Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related education/equivalent experience
· Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, especially strong in Access and Excel
· Kronos experience strongly preferred.
· Detail and result oriented
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
· Knowledge of Healthcare Accounting/Finance a plus.
