Job Responsibilities:

The Lead Financial Analyst will work directly for the CFO and have frequent interaction with the CEO.  This position will be analyzing internal operating and financial trends to provide detailed statistical analysis and support to satisfy a wide range of business planning needs. Success in this role includes an ability to respond quickly to information changes, perform detailed analyses and modeling scenarios as required, present a professional demeanor when interacting with internal and external clients, implement ongoing improvement projects and recommend and initiate cost savings initiatives. Essential Job Functions
-Compile financial analyses, including historical variance analyses, forecasting and budgeting
-Assist senior management with highly complex ad hoc projects involving  (e.g. analyzing customer base, performing competitor analyses and evaluating pricing)
-Assist in preparing analyses reviewed by the Company’s Board of Directors at regularly schedule quarterly meetings
-Develop operating metrics and reports to evaluate and assist in managing the business through fact based analysis
-Develop effective internal reports that proactively identify business trends.
-Provide insight in to operational efficiencies, recommend and execute improvements in operational efficiencies which lead to improvement of profitability.
-Analyze potential capital expenditures and acquisitions

Required Experience and Background:
-Must have a minimum of 3 years experience Investment Banking or Priviate Equity experience

-Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in financial analysis/reporting

-Must have experience with the assessment and implementation of business plans
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Highly proficient in Excel, ability to work in Word and Powerpoint

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
