Manager, FFS Revenue Cycle Services
- This position is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and controlling all day-to-day operations of Brown & Toland PPO and fee-for-service (FFS) revenue cycle service, including all billing, collections and accounts receivable management. Responsible for initiating and developing the work processes, systems, and policies and procedures that support the billing and AR functions of the department. Will direct and coordinate a staff of Brown & Toland PPO and FFS billing and AR staff. The position also coordinates with mutiple departments, including finance, reporting and analysis, information technology, and contracting to support efficient operations of the PPO and FFS product line.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
- Five (5) years management experience in physician billing and revenue cycle management that exhibits increasing levels of responsibility.
- Practice management system and physician practice operations and management experience essential.
- Ability to work effectively on all levels of management, with strong supervisory skills.
- Thorough knowledge of automated computer systems and physician billing and revenue cycle management.
