Manager, Executive Office

Carondelet Health Network's Executive Office is announcing a unique and exciting opportunity for a Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating CHNO Executive Office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The incumbent is responsible for providing high level administrative support and project management to ensure a highly performing executive and office support team that is optimistic, energized and cohesive while functioning in a professional and challenging work environment. Ongoing interface and communication with President and CEO, Executives, Directors, Managers, and associatesThis position reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer.The Executive Assistants, Office Coordinator and Clerk located in the CHNO Executive Office report to this position. To succeed in our high-profile environment, an Associate degree in secretarial science, business, management, or certified Professional Secretary degree is required. Bachelor’s degree in business, management highly preferred. 5 years of experience in equivalent or similar position is required.Must have experience in managing professional staff and * Proven organizational skills and abilities to work independently. * Effective interpersonal, oral, and written skills. * Interpersonal skills necessary to deal courteously and effectively with a diverse group of visitors and callers, as well as all levels of management and employees.* Analytical ability necessary to develop effective record keeping systems, prepare, and assemble and calculate data for reports, etc.* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
