Job Description Manages the day-to-day operations of the Emergency at Aurora Medical Center and provides leadership and direction in planning departmental activities.
General Qualifications
Current RN Wisconsin license.
Bachelor's Degree in Professional Nursing or related field. Master's Degree in nursing or related field preferred.
Current in use of computers, software, and other electronic systems
Minimum five (5) years nursing experience in the ER.
Exposure to, and understanding of, basic managerial skills.
Strong aptitude in human resource management.
Ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously.
Sound decision-making and communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
Prior ED experience and ideally, prior ED management experience.
