They are committed to improving the healthcare in MA through excellence in clinical care, service, teaching, and research.  JOB DESCRIPTION: The Manager in the Dept. of Medicine is responsible for managing operations with a focus on improving the patient experience, faculty experience, quality of care, and financial performance of the dept. Responsibilities also include improving existing strategies and collaborating with members of the executive team. Strategic planning, budget creation, quality improvement and physician recruiting are all required. Successful candidate will have a very strong financial background! QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent. (MBA preffered)Demonstrated ability to lead and direct a project team and conduct effective meetings. At least 6-10 years of proven project management  professional, administrative, supervisory or management experience required.
