Position Description:

The following are key responsibilities of this position:• Recommend, design and implement value adding functionality within Genesis Corporate Applications portfolio. (Application Product Management)• Mentor team to improve their support ability• Project management systems and new business implementation activities.• Provide subject matter expertise in the areas of HR, Payroll, Benefit, Time Accounting, Scheduling, Recruiting, Purchasing, Financial system functionality and strategy.• Develop effective channels of communication with Business Owners and key application users• Managing ongoing training programs• Develop training programs that reduce customer demand for technical support while reflecting up-to-date business processes. Maintain existing programs.• Review support trends, identify opportunity to improve systems, training, and support• Develop and manage QA processes that ensure a high level of integrity over Corporate application platforms.
