Manager, Compliance & Program Integrity

Martin's Point Health Care is currently hiring for a Management position, overseeing our Compliance & Program Integrity Program.

The Manager of Compliance & Program Integrity is responsible for maintaining current and in depth working knowledge of applicable administrative standards, regulations, sub-regulatory guidance, contractual agreements, and all applicable state and federal laws. The Manager evaluates applicable regulatory requirements, in collaboration with the Director, to support the development, implementation and management of the Martin’s Point Compliance & Program Integrity (C&PI) program. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the C&PI staff, daily operations and will ensure the C&PI goals/objectives are met.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of previous Compliance, Integrity, FWA or directly related experience and 3-5 years Management experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and strong project management skills. Additionally, the candidate will have strong management and leadership skills, ability to prioritize time and tasks efficiently and effectively for self and others and be competent managing multiple competing demands. We are seeking a proficient user of Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, and Access).

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, Auditing, or other applicable field required.
