Manager Claim Support Services

Centene Corporation is a leading multi-line healthcare enterprise that provides managed-care programs and related services to individuals receiving benefits under Medicaid, including Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and the State Children’s Health Insurance Program (SCHIP).Position Purpose: Oversee and ensure the effective operation of Claims Support Services and Claims Projects. Knowledge/Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent education and experience. 5-7 years of experience in claim processing payer support services in healthcare, preferably with Medicare, Medicaid or equivalent business experience. Ability to deal with abstract and concrete variables and apply principles of logic or scientific thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and drew valid conclusions. Position Responsibilities:• Oversight of Claims Support Services and Claims Projects.• Collect, validate and analyze data to deliver business solutions. • Monitor performance and develop & implement business solutions to address process and/or quality gaps.• Promote change through sharing of best practices.• Establish best practices.• Leverage automation to achieve desired results.• Interface with all organiztaional levels to mobilize commitment.• Perform claim adjudication project analysis and preparation work flow managment.• Coordinate the implementation of new product or health plan expansions.• Mentor and develop staff.Bachelor's Degree,Communication Skills,Microsoft Outlook
