Maintenance Supervisor
The Pines of Mt. Lebanon, an Independent and Assisted Living Community, is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor.
Duties include: supervision of maintenance, housekeeping and laundry staff; maintenance of grounds, building interior and equipment; negotiates & coordinates with outside vendors; completes preventative maintenance and repairs; and completes commercial housekeeping tasks. Position involves working hands-on maintenance approximately 80% of the time.
Qualifications: 4 years maintenance experience in a supervisory capacity; valid PA driver’s license with clean driving record; HVAC certificate preferred; electronics troubleshooting skills; and commercial laundry/housekeeping experience.
