We are seeking a talented, Clinical Pharmacist to implement and develop a Medication Therapy Management Program for our Medicare product and Agnews project, support the Head Clinical Pharmacist in planning, operation and delivery of the pharmacy programs for Health Plan Members and overall Health Plans.Review escalated prior authorizations and perform necessary research to determine medical necessity and appropriate coverage Support pharmacy management projects to meet goals and objectives Participate in research, preparation and presentation of pharmaceutical and therapeutic materials Resolve routine operational issues and maintain on-going communication with pharmacies and physician offices Maintain updates and compile information used in pharmacy interventions and implementations Perform periodic spot audits to validate information

Requirements:Registered Pharmacist by the State of California 5+ years of experience in clinical pharmacy Intermediate to advanced level of skills required to gather and analyze data, organize and write reports, interpret and apply applicable rules and regulations Ability to follow-up on assignments, handle multiple project simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines Very detail-oriented; self-directed; able to establish and evaluate priorities Demonstrated effective interpersonal and team building skills; ability to work collaboratively communicate clearly and effectively, and anticipate and resolve problems Competent at the intermediate level with MS Office and Windows based applications
