MEDICAL RECORDS CLERK - F/T POSITION
Under general supervision of the Medical Records Manager processes medical releases, maintains and organizes files, creates new charts according to established protocol, files laboratory reports, checks all paperwork for appropriate signatures and filing correspondence, updates patient demographic information, performs other related duties as required and assigned. Medical Records Department in process of implementing patient electronic health record. Person must be bilingual Spanish or Portuguese. Competitive salary and benefit package. EOE
