MED. PRACTICE LOGISTIC MGR, CARDIOLOGY

Perform hiring and firing evaluations. Produce quarterly physician call, service rotations, holidays and vacation schedules. Collaborate with other departments and disciplines (Columbus Medical Association, Chest Pain Staff, PAT department, Administration). Foster a performance-improvement approach to intra/interdepartmental activities. Help collect and coordinate information about established safety policies and procedures. Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor and appearance.QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED. 10 years’ experience in physician office management. Proficient in Microsoft Office, FrontPage, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Practice Management Systems. Ability to learn and implement new computer programs as needed. Develop and maintain office forms, website and data. Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment. Proven oral and written communication skills.
