This is an excellent opportunity to work with a strong, financially secure company with over thirty years in the Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility industry.  Candidates must have a thorough knowledge of MDS/PPS requirements and be able to coordinate and oversee all functions of the MDS/PPS and resident care assessment processes and be able to determine resident level of care upon admission.  Candidates must have a current Texas Nursing License with no restrictions.  A low cost, employer sponsored, Major Medical and Hospitalization Insurance Plan is available.  This plan has not had an employee cost increase in four years.  Other benefits include paid vacation, paid holidays and a 401 (k) plan.  Voluntary employee insurance is also available through AFLAC.
